Dr. Forghanirad signed an undertaking agreeing to write a letter of apology, take courses on Effective Team Interactions, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, review the SHA ER Triage Policy and write a self-reflection, meet with the Deputy Registrar, and pay costs.
