Registration Fees

Regular, Provisional & Ministerial Licensure	Amount

Initial Registration Fee	$450 (only applicable for independent licences)

All costs related to an assessment is the financial responsibility of the physician being assessed. On occasion, assessment-related fees may be covered through other arrangements.
Payment to the assessor is coordinated through CPSS.
Each assessor determines their own rates to charge for an assessment. The total cost of an assessment will vary depending on the number of assessors involved, the rates charged by each assessor, and the time spent by each assessor, including any travel time and related expenses.
The CPSS encourages that assessors charge in accordance with Governance Policy 8, at $150/ hour and that any required travel is charged at Government of Saskatchewan Rates.

All costs related to supervision is the financial responsibility of the physician being supervised.
Payment to the supervisor is coordinated through CPSS.
Each supervisor determines their own rates to charge for supervision. CPSS encourages that supervisors charge in accordance with Governance Policy 8, at $150/ hour and that any required travel is charged at Government of Saskatchewan Rates. The total cost of supervision will vary depending on the duration of supervision, the required schedule of chart reviews, the rate charged by the supervisor, the time spent conducting a review, as well as any travel time and related expenses
