Medical Corporation Permit Renewal
Renewal is NOW OPEN! Your Medical Professional Corporation Permit is to be renewed on or before November 16.
New this year, the CPSS Council has decided to introduce Late Fees for those who submit renewals after the stated deadlines. To ensure you avoid these fees, please make note of the key dates below:

Corporation Permit Renewal FAQ
Your Corporation Permit Fee:
The 2024 Corporation Permit Renewal fee is $150.00.
Once you have submitted your renewal successfully, you will be taken to a confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation of submission by email.
You can expect to receive an email from the College with your permit and receipt attached within 7-10 business days after submitting. However, this can be substantially longer, the later you are in renewing.

General Recommendations for a Successful Renewal Experience
Use a computer – the form has not been optimized for Tablet or Mobile Device use. The renewal process will be best experienced on a PC or Mac.
Use a personal or home computer - if you are trying to complete your renewal on a Saskatchewan Health Authority Workstation, you may experience difficulties, due to firewall settings. Please speak to on-site IT support for further assistance.
Temporarily enable ‘pop ups’ - the renewal site uses ‘pop ups’ and will be required to proceed through the renewal form.
