  Medical Corporation Permit Renewal

Your corporation permit renewal is to be completed on or before November 15.

The cost for your annual renewal is $150.

To avoid the risk of your corporation permit being revoked and being charged a re-instatement fee of $350.00, please take immediate action to complete your renewal upon receiving your email notification.

Updates this year! The Online Corporation Licensure Renewal System has undergone additional improvements since last year.  While the nature of questions has not substantially changed, the form layout and flow of questions has been streamlined.

Reminder: Only one voting shareholder is allowed to complete the online renewal. The fee for the renewal is $150.00.


If you need to make changes to your Trust or Sub-Corporation as a Shareholder, we recommend you print a copy of your Corporate Snapshot before you begin your renewal, as you will need to note the changes on the snapshot to upload it within the renewal platform and to proceed through your renewal. If you have no changes, then please disregard.

How to print your corporate snapshot: Once you have logged in to your Corporation Profile page, click on the tab marked ‘Corporate Snapshot’.  Then, click on the red Adobe logo to download the snapshot and save it to your desktop or select ‘Ctrl’ and ‘P’ on your keyboard to launch a printer menu and print it directly. Hit the back arrow when done to return to your main screen.

Once you have successfully submitted your permit renewal, you will be taken to a confirmation page. 

You can expect to receive an email from the College with your Permit and Receipt attached within 7-10 business days. However, this can be substantially longer, the longer you delay taking action to renew.

General Recommendations for a Successful Renewal Experience

Use a computer – the form has not been optimized for Tablet or Mobile Device use.  The renewal process will be best experienced on a PC or Mac.

Use a personal or home Computer - if you are trying to complete your renewal on a Saskatchewan Health Authority Workstation, you may experience difficulties, due to firewall settings. Please speak to on-site IT support for further assistance.

Temporarily enable ‘pop ups’ - the renewal site uses ‘pop ups’ and will be required to proceed through the renewal form.
