He was found not guilty of two other charges. At their November 29, 2025 meeting, CPSS Council issued a penalty order against Dr. Izekor that included an indefinite suspension, to end after a minimum of six months and then when Dr. Izekor has: A) Completed an extended course in medical ethics, boundaries and professionalism; B) Completed an additional course focusing solely on professional boundaries; and C) provided satisfactory proof that he has taken counselling for boundary violations for boundary violations and inappropriate sexual conduct, has gained insight into the matter, and has achieved a measure of rehabilitation which protects the public from the risk of future harm. Council also required Dr. Izekor to pay $80,000 of the costs of the hearing and investigation, and will reprimand Dr. Izekor in person at the January 2026 Council meeting. Reasons for the penalty decision are expected to be issued at the January 2026 Council meeting. Dr. Izekor currently holds an “inactive” licence with the CPSS and therefore is not entitled to practise medicine in Saskatchewan at this time. Dr. Izekor has appealed the Discipline Hearing Committee’s decision to the Court of King’s Bench. Charges
