Unprofessional Conduct	2/13/2024	3/11/2025	Not Required	Undertaking	Dr. Jeon was charged with unprofessional conduct for failing to exercise proper oversight over a medical imaging facility where he acted as medical director, and for declaring that he had complied with the College bylaw governing the responsibilities of a medical director when he had not done so. The matter was resolved through post-charge alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The charges have not been admitted or proven at a hearing. Dr. Jeon signed an undertaking in which he agreed to: a) prepare and provide a written review of his obligations as a medical director of a diagnostic imaging facility, b) meet with the Registrar or their designate to discuss issues relevant to the charges, c) successfully complete an accredited course on ethics/professionalism, and d) pay a portion of the costs incurred to investigate this matter.
