The information below is provided here for your convenience only.  

Physicians wishing to renew their medical professional corporation permit will soon receive by email two notification emails containing information and a personalized link to begin the medical professional corporation renewal process.

Your medical corporation permit renewal is to be completed on or before November 30, 2020. The fee for the renewal is $150.00. To avoid the risk of your medical professional corporation permit being revoked and being charged a late fee of $350.00, please take immediate action to complete your renewal upon receiving your email notification.

Notes for completing your renewal: Please make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled and please note that the Online MPC Permit Renewal System has been tested and will work without issue using the latest version of the Chrome browser.

If you previously had your lawyer or accountant complete your medical professional corporation renewal, you may wish to contact them and let them know you have received this information by email.

Please note:  The Online Corporation Licensure Renewal System has undergone significant upgrades and has a brand-new look with improved functionality. We anticipate most renewals will now take an average of 30 minutes to complete.

*The renewal system will work best using the Chrome Browser and using a desktop computer or laptop versus a phone or tablet.

Did you know that the College processes close to 1800 corporate renewals during the annual renewal period? All renewals with changes are reviewed and vetted by appropriate staff before a permit renewal is approved. To make sure the team has adequate time to review your submission and required information, we kindly ask that you submit your required information to the College as soon as possible to ensure your permit renewal can occur in a timely fashion.
